San Joaquin Valley
Rehabilitation Hospital

Message from the CEO

Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in learning more about San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital. Medical rehabilitation is our specialty here, and our team is committed to providing our community with great care close to home. We truly consider it an honor to be able to help members of our community as they recover from serious injuries, illnesses, and debilitating medical conditions.

At San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, we consider ourselves patient-centered and family-friendly. We empower our patients and their family members to be active participants in the rehabilitation process. Our team members take time to get to know patients on a personal level and then develop treatment programs that are specific to each individual’s recovery goals, abilities, and needs. We encourage our patients to work hard to exceed their rehabilitation goals, and we enjoy celebrating milestones and successes with patients and their family members when they do.

Our commitment to providing quality care is evidenced by our distinctions and specialty programs. San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for the following services and specialty programs: Inpatient Rehabilitation (Adults), Amputation Specialty Program (Adults), and Stroke Specialty Program (Adults). Our hospital is also accredited by The Joint Commission.

If you are seeking care for yourself, your family member, or your patient, I encourage you to reach out and speak with us. We’d be happy to help answer any questions you may have and look forward to serving you.
